Returns & Warranties
Returns
- Same day as purchase for all plant and material merchandise, including unopened chemicals or fertilizer.
- Unopened merchandise means the safety seal on product has not be broken.
- Within 7 days on unopened bagged products such as mulch or compost
- No warranty of any kind is offered on annuals; therefore, only same day is accepted.
Warranty
- Meador Nursery warranties perennials, shrubs and trees for 6 months. A customer may return these items within the 6-month period for a store credit of half the purchase price of the items.
- At no time does Meador nursery provide a cash refund.
- Trees planted by Meador Nursery come with a 1 Year warranty.
Tree Restocking Fee
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on all purchased trees.
- This includes tagged trees that are still on nursery property.
- Often times a tree is purchased and remains at Meador nursery for more than 1 week awaiting pick up. If the customer decides they no longer need the tree after it was purchased the restocking fee still applies.
